kylewritescode: bradybd: My favorite url shortener, Bit.ly, isn’t playing fair. It’s started to flag TinyURL’s links as unsafe. Does that seem a bit phishy (read anti-competitive) to anyone else? Totally. Ugh. Pretty much appropriate punishment for any idiot who re-shortens an already shortened URL.

    Re-shortening a link is a major security risk and a link fraud field day. Maybe it would make even more sense in terms...
